Under the influence of this friend I bought season 1 to 5 and spent 5 days to finish all of it. I must say I liked it very much. It's well worth the money, which is so low. Good quality and service. For people who don't know what P90X is, it's a dvd that guides you through certain workouts using just a few dumbells, chin-up bar, and your own body weight.
It's pretty much like having a personal trainer at the palm of your hands.
The workout is quite intense and the people demonstrating the workout in the dvd also struggle with some of the workouts with you to somewhat give you a little push in your last few reps.
There are 12 dvd's (I believe) and everyday you workout to a different dvd (one workout is about an hourO.O)
If you're still not sure what it is go check it out on youtube or something.
but anyways I have freinds who are trying to build muscle and perform better in sports and such.
One of my friend's said he's been using P90X for a week now and already he feels like he's able to run faster.
Now I don't know if its true but what I am sure is that it gave him a confidence boost (but he's already ripped so it doesnt really matter)
So I was curious to know if any fellow soompiers used this product and if so, how did it turn out for ya? >.o
