Four Factor Test是指：
合理使用的目的；
所使用作品的性质；
所使用的部分占原作品的比例；
对原作品销售市场的影响或潜在影响

合理使用原则是著作权法的一项原则，我不清楚美国法律什么时候将它也规定在专利权法里了……专利拥有着是要交费来维护其独占使用权的，交了钱还要任别人合理使用？谁还交？

可能是信息传递、翻译的疏漏。

著作权是一个包含在专利权中的概念，应该这么说，专利权包括但不止于著作权。我想，所谓合理使用，各人有各人的解释，但并不是说专利就不能被合理使用的，关键看怎么个合理法。
