根据统计，一个自杀成功的人此前试图自杀的次数平均是11次。也就是说，真的想自杀的人，这次阻止了，下次还是会自杀。

是。而且从心理学上讲，电话相当于交谈，而短信是单方面的信件，其含义就仅是道别，没有讨论的余地了。
