iTunes EULA：不准在美国以外使用？

有美国 iTunes Account 的朋友要注意了，根据消息，Apple 最近把 EULA 的内容大幅度的更改，其中最大影响是条文指出，用户只可以在美国使用有关服务，不可于美国以外的地方使用，条文同时指苹果可以用任何技术以核证有关情况。

暂时 US iTunes Store 仍可正常使用，但这是否代表在不久的将来，在US iTunes Store 的储存额变成不能用的数字？在 iPhone 内的音乐不能听？Podcast 不能订阅？电影不能买？要咱们回归原始世界？如果苹果真的落实执行有关措施，那经常在外的美国人又怎么办？唉！我真的不敢想象。

是只有在美国才能用美国账户哦。

You agree not to use or attempt to use the iTunes Store from outside of the available territory. Apple may use technologies to verify such compliance.
