这玩意比萝卜都沉吧。。。很锻炼身体呀XD老人背个25KG这机器，估计跟徒手拔萝卜一个效果。。。

突然发现，萝卜坠着，助力拉着，手掌手腕貌似也不轻松啊。说到底被拉的还是人的骨头...囧，还是要全幅的武装到牙齿才行啊
