很有可能是 Network Preferences 这个组件当前不支持 64-bit，而当前的 System Preferences 运行在 64-bit 模式下，所以需要 Restart。

按照通常的判断，最后推出的 Snow Leopard 应该是纯 64-bit 的，但是，也保留对 32-bit 的兼容性，如上面这个应该就是兼容性考虑。

一定要看提示，别说要重启系统，重启的是 System Preferences。
