首先分辨率达到厘米级的照相侦察卫星目前并不多，而分米级的照相侦察卫星只能拍出几个像素点而已，基本上连本体和倒影都没办法区分开来。

其次除非知道精确的坐标，否则以这么高的分辨率去扫描一个地区，产生的数据量将非常巨大（数据本身以及数据中包含的人的数量），不管用人工的还是电脑智能去判读，都要花费很长时间，数据的时效性就很成问题。
