费城将在街上设置垃圾压缩机

费城正在进行公共卫生改革计划，前几天，费城官方宣布将实施综合垃圾回收制度，也就是不再将报纸、塑料、玻璃垃圾分开，并将在街上放置太阳能垃圾压缩机。

以下就是这个计划的概念，市民们走在路上，手上拿着糖果包装纸、便当盒和其它垃圾，四处张望着垃圾桶，在大部分的城市中，他们可能会在转角的地方发现一个小小的垃圾桶，不过在费城，他们发现的不只是垃圾桶，还有能储存大量垃圾，近而达到减少垃圾清运次数的垃圾压缩机。

在压缩机中的感应器，能感应到有人将垃圾丢入，并开始运作，压缩机能储存大约200加仑的垃圾，是现在垃圾桶的4倍大。
