微软重启收购雅虎，雅虎说，要动手赶快！

我们所知道的互联网收购大战虽然在前期以雅虎拒绝，微软放弃先告一段落，现在，这个剧本再度续写，因为有了激进投资者Carl Icahn的参与，这个收购战役开始变得有趣，Carl Icahn表示，在与微软鲍尔默探讨之后，微软表示仍有意全部收购雅虎或仅收购雅虎"搜索业务"，但不会与雅虎现任董事会谈判。受此消息刺激，雅虎股价周一大涨近12%，报收于23.91美元。微软则微涨0.19%，报收于26.03美元。

雅虎之后表示：如果微软和鲍尔默确实希望收购雅虎，我们再次邀请他们立即发起要约（不要慢慢吞吞的出低价）。至于最后结果如何，可能要等8月份才会明朗点。不过我们认为，Icahn会在中间起到很大的催化剂作用。
