绿色能源之海平面下的发电巨蟒！

这个由英国工程暨物理科学研究委员会（Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council）所赞助开发的海洋电力计划 Anaconda（过去有一部电影也是这名字，女主角是现在不知道过保修了没有的 J. Lo），主要是利用在海平面底下安装一条长长的管子，经由波浪的冲击，在注满水的管中产生涨波（bulge waves），接着将该波的能量透过水去推动涡轮引擎发电，最后则是利用电缆将电力传递到近岸。

目前科学家们仅尝试了小规模的发电测试，预计将来要把这条蛇养到 200 公尺长、直径 7 公尺那么粗。

我倒真的听说过洋流发电，但不是用管子
就是把涡轮放在洋流上

这样或许我们可以人为控制一些暖流和寒流，从而改变气候。
