三星Spinpoint MP2 / M6 / F1 硬盘开始量产

三星正式宣布面向桌面级台式机应用的高性能大容量的Spinpoint F1系列，另外还有面向高端大容量移动平台的笔记本硬盘Spinpoint M6以及高端大容量笔记本硬盘Spinpoint MP2开始量产。其中 500GB Spinpoint M6 ($299) 和 250GB Spinpoint MP2 ($199)，而Spinpoint F1系列是全新的RAID版本，具体为Spinpoint F1R，转速高达7200RPM，采用了三碟1TB的封装模式，硬盘缓存容量达到了32MB，数据传输率达到了惊人的175MB每秒，理论平均无故障工作时间可以达到120万小时，可以说是目前桌面级硬盘的性能最强的。
