老任状告Nyko：不准「仿冒」我的Nunchuck！

Nyko的无线nunchuck遇到麻烦了，但麻烦的来源不是被击中的玩家，而是他们的衣食父母：任天堂！根据Bloomberg的报导，老任认为Nyko的产品不止侵犯了Nunchuck的商标，包括外观、设计、触感、甚至颜色都「仿」自老任自家的Nunchuck...呃，这不是废话吗？他卖的根本就是Nunchuck啊！由于事发突然，Nyko也只能表示「我们不知道这个产品违反了专利权」，并持续研究这个问题...

说真的，老任提告前我也完全没有想到这就叫仿冒，这个好产品是否就要被老任没收呢？咱们拭目以待！
