Computex 2008：神基的强固笔电与消费性笔电

笔者在假日整理Computex的照片时，发现还有两、三个新闻没有写到，想了一下，觉得神基(MiTAC)的强固笔电很有特色，再加上在台湾地区也比较少看到强固电笔，决定说明一下。不过这笔电在本地应该是不会销售的（或是说，也许是特殊单位才有机会采买）。

在现场我对强固笔电有以下三个想法：

一、坚固：在高度90公分的情形下，在开机的状态下摔，都不会有事。
二、适用恶劣环境：具备防尘防水特性。笔者曾问在海滩使用有没有问题（我的数个电子产品曾因为进沙，出了不少状况。），他说在沙漠使用都没有问题。
三、比看起来轻：展示的笔电中，也有比较轻量级的行动设备，其实拿起来不会太重。

至于消费性笔电，也有提到省电以及比一般笔电坚固的特性，但也是没有销售。

[Toughbooks and Laptops from Getac]

Computex 2008 is officially over. While organizing photos on the weekend, I realized that there are still
some interesting news that I forgot to share with you on the weekend. Military-grade notebook is not something we commonly see, so I thought this super tough notebook from Getac is worth mentioning.

Some impressions I got from this tough little guy are:

1. Durablility: Even if you drop it from 90 cm high, it will still function perfectly fine.

2. Environment-proof: Completely waterprrof and dustproof. Need to go in the desert? No problem!

3. Lightweight: It is lighter than it looks.

This rugged tablet PC and Getac's other laptop products are currently not on sale in Taiwan.

神基一直以来，都有做强固笔电。而且种类繁多。
Getac has been developing rugged laptops for quite a while. There are many models on display at their booth.

图中最左边那个配备，看来很重，但实际拿时，并不会觉得比现在的平板电脑来得重。只不过觉得有些烫就是了。后来想想，之所以会觉得重，最重要是因为四方有个加强用的「垫子」（我也不知应该称为什么？）

接下来是个人觉得很有特色的B300，这款售价，据说要十万元（台币）吧。

这台强调高亮度，具备1200 nits(cd/㎡)，真不知是怎么做到的。现场并且用很强烈的钨丝灯来照，可以看得出和某牌的强固电脑比较，亮度差非常多。此外，这台号称电池续航力12小时。

This toughbook features an ultra-bright monitor at 1200 nits (cd/㎡)，which remains bright in direct sun light. Also, it has a battery life of 12 hr.

若再将上图的光盘换掉，换为电池，则可再加12小时，总共可达24小时。

If this optical drive is substituted for a secondary batter, it will last for 24 hr.

接下来还有12.1寸的消费性笔电。设计主要是以省电为主。也有提到，如果是在开机状态，40公分以下的高度摔下不会有事，如果是在关机的状态，在70公分以下摔下不会有事。

还有15.4寸的产品线。

至于18.4寸，有个特色，就是左边有个触摸式的快速键。
