三星推出高速256GB SSD

三星之前就有推出过256GB的SSD。这次虽然容量上没有变动，但这款基于MLC闪存、SATA II硬盘的速度实在是骇人，读取200MBps，顺序写入160MBps（注意这是Byte不是bit哦）。这玩意儿我们肯定是用不起的啦，不过这是一个好的开始，不是么？ 9月上市，1.8"款Q4发布。

确定是MLC的CHIPS?如果MLC的能达到这个速度的话,估计SLC的NANDFLASH的CHIPS组成的SSD的传输速度瓶颈就是SATA2.6协议的速度极限限制了.确认?????
