LG Display制造非传统矩形的LCD

制造圆形LCD不是什么新鲜事，至少之前Toshiba就有提过了。虽然在成本以及制造难度上，圆形比传统矩形要来得高些。但LG Display还是成功做出两款特别的LCD，一个是世界最大的6寸椭圆形，另一个则是1.4寸圆形。能够显示26万色，可视角度有160度。

6寸椭圆形那款高78.8mm，宽有131.4mm，1.4寸圆形那款直径有35.5mm。虽然说预计的用途有提到数字相框，车上仪表装置，以及可携式装置如手机等等。看起来用途好像很广，但接受度到底高不高，就要看看之后的发展了。
