李健熙以诈欺起诉，但裁定暂不收押...

韩国三星集团（Samsung）董事长李健熙还没想清楚他在公司的路将怎样走下去之际，法院似乎先一步决定了他的命运。

根据澳洲 ABC News 的消息来源，韩国法院正式在昨天对李健熙提出诈欺以及非法避税等告诉，但在考虑三星集团的正常运作之后，决定暂不对他提出收押的动作。看来整件事情或许不会再拖太久了吧！

可能最终的结果是法律会从轻处罚，担心民族保护主义起了很强的影响。
