去年在英特尔问过中国区的杜江凌先生，问IBM正研发的利用半导体物理性能主动传热的技术，对此有何看法？结果答非所问，答曰：现在的产品能耗问题是通过电路设计和动态能源管理来解决的。
不过从上面的消息来看这家公司的研制只是一个阶段，不能从根本上带来散热的革命～或者说有的公司技术还在他们的前面～
