专利战争之老太太的逆袭！

照片中这位慈祥到一个境界的老太太，可是握有一项相当关键的技术专利啊！

这位 Gertrude Neumark Rothschild 女士，哥伦比亚大学（Columbia University）的退休教授，最近针对一大堆大公司，展开一项颇有立足点的专利侵权控诉，

她在今年的 2/20 号向美国国际贸易委员会（International Trade Commission）提出申请，希望他们能够介入调查；这一炮就轰掉 30 家的公司的案子，据说是跟她的一项和激光电极、光发射的专利有关。

就在前几天，ITC 同意展开调查，而其中相当值得注意的一点，就是 Rothchild 女士之前曾经跟 Philips 在类似（还是说根本同样的专利）的官司中，达成庭外和解，这也代表，这不太像是专利蟑螂来讨钱，而是一群资本家欺负老太太然后被反咬的教训。
