三菱AVCREC蓝光刻录机，DVD也能装载高清视频

东芝是第一家推出硬盘/蓝光光碟/普通DVD混合型高清刻录机的厂商，可惜这也没能挽回HD DVD的败势。三菱亦推出了内建500GB/250GB硬盘的DVR-BZ200蓝光刻录机，支持Blu-ray AVCREC规范，可将2小时MPEG4 AVC/H.264格式的全高清（1920x1080）视频刻录到普通的4.7GB DVD上，如果换用单面蓝光光碟，则能刻录同样规格的视频整整8小时。可惜由于该规格受到ISDB地面数字广播标准的限制，导致其现在仅限日本国内使用，相信未来会有更多兼容AVCREC规格的设备，比如DV或是PC光驱上市。
