mp3侵权没啥好说的，国内有中国法律撑腰，到了那边那就得服从那边的法律，人家就是要搞你也无话可说。至于说M8还没发布，谈判也没结果就下结论说“不负责任”，我看不是一个好习惯。有趣的是，骂UI抄袭可以，但要认定侵权还真不容易。wps2007和office2003UI看起来几乎一样，但并不侵权。从目前的法律实践来看，界面95%以下相似度都不会被判侵权。
