至于说M8还没发布，谈判也没结果就下结论说“不负责任”，我看不是一个好习惯。

这个事实是怎么证明的？魅族方面说演示用的模型并没有在播放mp3，而且也没有在宣传资料中提到支持mp3.当时是在播放wma格式的曲目。
至于m6之类的播放器，魅族也说明白了，外销部分的专利问题已经由销售商解决了。SISVEL还有什么好纠缠的？

魅族不是说不愿意支付专利费，只是在就专利费多少问题和SISVEL公司进行商业谈判，还没有谈妥而已。这种谈判在业内不是家常便饭吗？nokia不是也和高通就专利费的多少问题吵的不可开交吗？
为什么在这个mp3专利费问题上，就一味指责魅族？魅族有义务无条件的马上接收SISVEL公司开出的条款吗？小公司没有谈判的权利吗？

瘾科技英文版的读者要客观的多，能够就事论事。在前一天的魅族m8外形帖子中，他们都指责魅族有抄袭苹果外观的嫌疑。但是在今天的查封新闻中，很多的评论都指出，这是对魅族不公平的。

现在瘾科技的小编，视自己为法院，而且提前宣判，不但说“事实”，而且还说“的确”“侵权”。这一句话严重越界，缺乏基本的法律意识。
