魅族和SISVEL就mp3专利问题曾经谈判过一次，由于价格和条件问题没谈妥。

所以一直以来魅族出口的mp3都由国外当地代理商自己去交专利费，内销部分我们则拒绝交费（在中国法律上他们已经失去收费的权益），估计SISVEL对这事很恼火却又无计可施（他们认为在中国销售的也必须交费）。

这次CeBIT事件他们借机发威，但我很明确：如果他们不降低条件我们是不会和他们谈判的，最多以后m8默认都不支持mp3格式（需要的自己找插件下载自行承担mp3专利问题），或者以后欧洲的展会我们不再参加
