风力发电机有3个主要控制速度,cut-in speed(最低开始工作风速)< rated speed(最低额定风速) < furling speed/cut-out speed(最高工作风速)。当风速达到cut-in speed,风力发电机开始工作。风速介于rated speed和furling speed之间,风力发动机输出为其额定值。当风速高于furling speed,叶片制动保护,风力发电机停止工作。视频中的内容很明显是人为之制造的,超出风力发电机的正常工作规程,估计是已经报废准备拆除的设备。
