1 一定程度上看确实有军备竞赛的因素因为中国上次就成功炸掉一颗
2 因为“谁在乎呢”这种心态中国那次制造了大量太空垃圾美国这次并不是在太空炸掉而是在掉落过程中击散并让碎片在大气层烧毁
