作为一个法科学生，我不得不严肃地提醒小编……权利和权力是不一样的……权利一般指私权利，基于人天然的属性或者社会性质获得的、平等意义上的权能，而权力多指公共的、行政的权能，指政府由于人民交出部分权利而获得的管理人民和社会的一种能力也就是说，作为消费者，在这里应该使用“权利”而不是“权力”哦～

也就是说，作为消费者，在这里应该使用“权利”而不是“权力”哦～
