水变油还是有可能的。比如，先把水电解成氢气，压缩成液态，然后供发动机点火提供动力。：）当然，中国现有的那些，肯定是骗人的。偶上小学的时候，就看到很多这样的小报纸上写着水变柴油。真能那么好变，美国也就不去打伊拉克了。
