苹果：｢本是同根生｣；苹果：｢相煎何太急｣

果然是要过年了，最近的水果新闻还真是充满了喜气呀！（按：是巧合，大家就不用提醒小编人家不过农历年这回事啦！）

被咬一口的苹果（Apple Inc.）和青苹果（Apple Corps Ltd.，也就是当年 Beatles 所成立的公司），在商标官司在缠讼多年后，终于有了个可以放鞭炮的结局，双方同意以一纸新协议，来取代在 1991 年那张苹果（Apple Inc.）不能用 Apple 这名字进入音乐事业（严格来说是不能制作音乐，但青苹果因为 iTunes Store 的出现，涉及音乐方面的贩卖，因此对被咬一口苹果提告，也是近年几来这一连串纷争的开端）的协议。

内容大致上是这样的，苹果（Apple Inc.）将拥有所有跟 Apple 有关的商标命名权，并将 Apple 这个商标，在某些领域（像是制作唱片、音乐方面）授权给苹果（Apple Corps Ltd.）使用，同时各自消化所付出的官司费用。

同时，两方面也同时发表了相当正面的言论，乔布斯说：｢我们爱死了 Beatles，过去为了商标这回事，跟他们（Apple Corps Ltd.）搞的乱不舒服的，实在是很X；如今终于以一个相当正面的态度，解决了这鸟事，并且除去了将来合作上的阻碍，确实让人感到相当的爽。｣

另外 Neil Aspinall 这位苹果（Apple Corps Ltd.）总管，也相当开心的表示：｢很高兴终于能够把这项纷争抛在脑后，相信接下来的几年当中，双方都会有很好的合作结果。｣
