还是告了，思科控告苹果侵犯商标

我们本来以为一切都已经谈好了，现在看来并没有这回事。我们不确定思科和苹果之间出了什么意外，不过看来一场大战是在所难免了。思科公司宣布他们已经向北加州法院提告，控诉苹果公司「侵犯他们所持有的iPhone商标」。

昨天思科说这件事已经「深入讨论」了好一段时间，而且他们相信苹果最后会同意最后的协议内容。「我们一直很有诚意地和苹果谈使用我们的iPhone商标的事，」思科的Mark Chandler说：「没错，他们的那只手机是还挺炫的，但这名字还是要经过我们同意才能用。」

听起来思科一直很「努力」的在周旋这件事，不过苹果应该也伤透了脑筋 -- 明眼人都会觉得iPhone本来就该是他们的商标。苹果，怎么办？
