Core 2 Duo iMac 采用 802.11n 网卡！

根据一位叫做 Peace 的玩家在新 20 寸 iMac 上跑 Vista （Boot Camp）的同时，发现了硬件目录中，将网络卡辨识为 Broadcom 802.11n Network Adapter 这样东西。这代表啥？802.11n 为下一代 WiFi 传输协议，目前还是处于测试的阶段，他能够提供近 0.25 英哩（400 公尺）的传输范围，并且速度上比起 802.11a/b/g 更是快上了 10~50 倍。

所以，如果 Windows 硬件辨识没出错，那水果牌把测试中的网卡（802.11n 的硬件，包括基地台之属，预计 2008 年才会正式上路）加到电脑中，确实是很大胆的一步。而 iTV 也传出可能支持 802.11n，或许会让这整件事变的理所当然。正当 iTV 打着将高画质影像和电脑串流的招牌时，新的、更快的无线传输规格，自然是必要的选择。

让我们期待更多的解剖实照来验证这件事吧！
