美司法部决定和水果牌并肩对抗欧洲佬？

各位乡亲父老看过来，美帝国司法部（the US Department of Justice）和水果牌互抛媚眼，一同向欧洲各国宣战了！

日前根据美国国际数据集团通讯社（IDG News Service）的报导，在这场 DRM 档案该不该开放的大战中，美国司法部终于打破了沉默，并且表明了立场。由司法部反垄断署助理检察长 Thomas Barnett 首先发难，敬告挪威、瑞典、丹麦、法国等国家，在 DRM 立法及调查上能够有所退让，认为要唱片公司放弃对创作的保护，将会导致艺人的创作空间被压缩（iTunes $tore 的获利也被压缩），这是相当不合理的。

不过论及消费者利益，及 DRM 造成市场不公平竞争这方面的议题，目前似乎不是司法部所关注的焦点。另一方面，挪威的消费者委员会（the Norwegian Consumers Council）将在本月底与水果牌进行协商，希望到时候别翻桌呀！
