苹果推出 iTV 多媒体串流媒介，2007 年上架发售

这次苹果破例了，发布明年第一季才会推出的多媒体串流媒介 iTV，让你在电视上舒舒服服地看 iTunes 下载下来的影片。 iTV 目前只是开发型号，不是最终确定的名字。外型上，这玩意像是扁一号的 mac mini，大概只有一半高，内置电源供应器、USB 2.0、以太网络和 802.11「无线组件影像」（wireless component video）、光学音效和 HDMI 端子以及标准 ol' RCA 立体声音效端子。

iTV 并透过 Apple 遥控器控制，未来并和新一代、具有 3D 漂亮接口的 Front Row 软件一齐现身，新的 Front Row 在画面右侧将有一排列选单。iTV 建议售价 $299 美元（约人民币 2,380 元），看来苹果的家庭多媒体成员都到位了。
