Dell's product has caused me a lot of Troubles I've swallowed the bait after I bought Dell's notebook and printer concurrently. Especially the printer, Dell sells printer without data line. I have to spend a lot of time to looking for it and travel to buy it. Besides, it's so difficult to contact Dell's person in charge that it took me over an hour. After the line is got through, the person in charge told me that the data line is optional and tried all means to shirk Dell’s responsibility. It tossed away several hours of mine again only for such a piece of data line. Moreover, Dell attached two copies of “Operation Manual” of the notebook without that of the printer. More moreover, the company even forget to supply me the driving program (driver) of the printer. When I ask for the driver, Dell’s person on telephone line rejected to supply the driver disc to me, and told me to download it form it’s website. However, I downloaded it for several times, the driver even could not be open for use. Up to now, the printer bought from Dell is unusable all the while; it's become a real lot of plastic waste. I tried all means and contacted all the persons through telephone for solution of the problems, but in vain. What shell I do?! Who could I ask for right? I’m so sad for the trouble, who could lend me a hand to find the solution?
