100美元笔记本的处理器性能配置当然不能与VIA　C7-M来比，100美元笔记本用的是AMD低主频低功耗（全速时仅为1W）的处理器。C7-M处理器也是贵在低功耗，与当年全美达的Crusoe/Efficeon处理器的战略差不多，不过C7-M可能无法与Crusoe/Efficeon相比。
