Creative 创新未来控告水果牌侵权

一直以来这两家公司的爱恨情仇，就没有间断过，不过这回看起来真的是大条啰！（真的吗？）Creative 搬出了去年八月申请的多媒体随身听操作接口专利，来控告苹果侵权，包括了 iPod、iPod nano、iPod mini 都在黑名单上。

虽然说 iPod、iPod mini 早就在该专利通过之前就已经上市，甚至是 iPod nano 也不过晚了一个月，可是 Creative 仍然坚持提出诉讼。而这次 Creative 倒是没有再提及其实更具争议性的一项命名案。

苹果电脑 iPod nano 的命名被怀疑是抄袭自 Creative 在 2000 年一月在 CES 上展出的 NOMAD 八音盒，而该随身听的操作接口，随后也就被各家随身听制造商所｢采用｣（这部份应该是 Creative方面的说法吧！）。

这项接口的专利，是包含在 Zen 系列 MP3 随身听的专利中，而其实该专利内容关于操作接口的部份，其实并未着墨甚多，而利用这种方法来钻漏洞，确实有些愚蠢。

当然 Creative 的如意算盘就是要 iPod 系列商品消失在地球上。想必一场精彩的世纪大战，就快展开了！来人呀！搬张长凳来吧！便当也记得带阿...
