Microsoft 宣布不再升级 Mac Media Player

虽然 Apple 和 Microsoft 才刚签了约确保微软会继续更新软件供 Mac 计算机使用，而且也确认了 Apple 新推出，采用 Intel 双核心处理器的笔记本电脑，不会不容于 Windows 软件。

不过呢，这些信誓旦旦的保证，并不包括 Microsoft 要负责为 Mac 发展出全方位软件。所以，Microsoft 计划要停止发展适用于 Mac 的 Media Player，也就是说，Mac 用户计算机里的 Media Player 今后只会停留在 9.0 版，和其它周边产品，如让 QuickTime 也可播放 WMV 的档案格式的 Flip4Mac。

虽然大部份的 Mac 用户根本就不会在意 Media Player 到底适不适用于 Mac。但，这个决定却同时也宣告着未来采用 DRM 数字版权管理的影音软件和随身影音播放器，Mac 用户可能都没办法享用了－至少在 Mac OSX 操作系统下。（老实说，这对 Apple 来说其实一点关系也没有，因为他们有 iTunes 给 Mac OSX 用户当 DRM 档案的护身符。）

Flip4Mac是一款不错的插件，按照我近日开始体验的经验，其播放效果与WMP相比有过之而无不及^_^不过在我的QT 7.0.1上，看在线直播的流媒体一段时间之后就会自动断掉，重新播放也只有声音正常……看来还不是彻底抛弃WMP的时候啊！
