消费者胜利 iPod 电池诉讼问题已解决

iPod 电池不够力的集体诉讼提交到美国加州 San Mateo County 法院 San Mateo County 法院已经有一段时间了，现在，这冗长的官司终于获得了解决，当地法院已经做出最后的裁决。

根据刊登这项消息的网站表示「这项集体诉讼已经得到圆满的判决」，iPod 首代、2代和3代的使用者都可获得他们应得的赔偿。

不过，如果你身为 1代或 2代的使用者，却没有在今年的九月三十日前正式提出申诉，那么你可能无法受惠于此裁判结果。

而如果你是 iPod 3代的使用者，那么你申诉书上的邮戳必需是从购买日开始的两年内，才能获得赔偿。苹果赔偿给各位的可能会是一个新电池或新 iPod（做白日梦成份居多），或是五十美元的苹果产品折价卷吧。
