台湾广达将要负责制造 Negroponte 的百元笔电

我们才在想说百元笔电什么时候才要开始动工量产，今天 Quanta（广达）就宣布即将负责制造百元笔电，这可能是该公司接过最大笔，最困难，利润最低的笔电订单。

现在说的可不是戴尔（不过广达确实和他们合作过一段时间，也和苹果、Compaq、富士通、Gateway、HP、IBM、Sony、Sharp还有西门子等公司都合作过），现在说的是 Negroponte 和 MIT 媒体实验室规划的 OLPC－为开发中国家学童提供百元笔电的计划。

广达今年早些时候也和 MIT 签订过另一项合作案，而这次和 Negroponte 的合作案是计划在2006年第四季推出五百到一千五百万台的百元笔电（数量可不少哦），其中的一百万台已经确定会发送到阿根廷、巴西、中国、埃及、印度、奈及利亚和泰国。

不过我们并不清楚是否只有广达独家承揽制作百元笔电，不过他们另外还打算要推出一款营利性的笔电来补足这项计划的支出。（别忘记啰，百元笔电是一个纯公益的活动）。

请问发送到中国的笔电是中文操作系统吗?
